Full Charge Bookkeeper

DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Roslyn Heights/Westbury area of New York. The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of financial tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all accounting activities. This role is perfect for someone with a keen attention to detail and a strong background in bookkeeping and financial management.Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial records align with statements.- Utilize QuickBooks to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.- Conduct cash flow analysis to support business decision-making.- Prepare and review financial reports to provide insights to management.- Monitor and manage banking transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.- Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations.- Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies in financial data.- Provide support during audits and assist with the preparation of necessary documentation.Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of experience in full charge bookkeeping.- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.- Strong knowledge of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.- Experience performing bank reconciliations.- Ability to analyze cash flow and create financial reports.- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams.- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
