Key Responsibilities Develop and implement IT solutions to meet organizational needs Collaborate with end users to define requirements and tailor systems accordingly Lead small to medium-sized complex projects and provide application support during implementation events Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High school diploma or equivalent with eight years of relevant experience, or Associate degree in a related field with six years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree in a related field with four years of relevant experience Experience in supporting applications in a healthcare environment Ability to work independently with minimal technical guidance
