With over 1,800 employees and turnover of more than £200 million, Ramudden Global UK are specialists in traffic management services, urban solutions and hire, barrier services, professional consulting, and digital innovations.About The Role Of Group Quality And Improvement AdvisorYou will play a key role within the ESG team, helping to develop and manage assurance and compliance frameworks that protect existing value, while driving additional value through business improvement.Key Responsibilities:Delivering value added auditing to multiple standards across site and office processes including internal governance policies and processes, and customer requirements.Assisting Operations Teams with external audits such as ISO, Achilles, Constructionline, Customer etc.Leading local IMS Management Reviews with Depot/Operations ManagersCollaborating with the ESG Team on Business Line IMS Management Reviews, ensuring that local issues are raised with the Business Line Directors and addressed.Driving value protection by monitoring legislation and regulations regarding H&S and environmental issuesDriving value creation by identifying opportunities for improvementProviding guidance and advice to the business on how they can improve ESG performance and deliver organisational resilienceIdentifying emerging ESG trends, risks and opportunities, both internally and externallyCollaborating with the supply chain to deliver value protection and value creation opportunities.Liaising with customers and other external stakeholders on ESG and management system matters.Challenging, questioning and improving policies, processes and practices to ensure alignment with the business strategy and new ways of working.Monitoring progress on initiatives ensuring sharing of learnings.Collaborating with colleagues across the Group to develop and implement optimal solutions, efficiencies and profitability.Essential Attributes For a Group Quality And Improvement AdvisorFull UK driving licenceRight to work in the UK unsponsoredISO Lead Auditor (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001)Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook, O365)Site Managers Safety Training SchemeKnowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or other improvement methodsExperience in project coordinationDesirable Attributes For a Group Quality And Improvement AdvisorInternal auditing across multiple ISO standardsNEBOSH General CertificateIEMA Construction Environmental ManagementIRCA Lead Auditor (ISO9001 or similar)Traffic Management backgroundSo, if you want to join a winning team and be part of an innovative organisation which is focused on company growth and employee progression, click on the apply button today!We welcome applications from veteransTs & Cs applyEQUALITY AND DIVERSITY Chevron TM believe the skills, capabilities and talents of our people are the key to our success.
