Plumbing Estimator

Job Description Salary: $50.00-$60.00Join a growing team at one of New Englands leading mechanical and plumbing contractors! We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Estimator to support our Construction Division by preparing accurate project estimates, developing competitive bids, and helping drive business growth.What Youll Do:Prepare plumbing estimates and competitive bidsReview plans, specs, and design documentsPerform take-offs using QuoteSoft and estimating softwareBuild relationships with clients, GCs, engineers & vendorsSupport business development and project pursuitsCollaborate with leadership on sales strategies and target projectsWhat Were Looking For:5+ years of plumbing/gas construction estimating experienceStrong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems & codesExperience with QuoteSoft, Procore, MS Project & ExcelExcellent communication, organization & negotiation skillsJourneyman/Master Plumber License preferredConstruction Management or Engineering degree preferredOffice-based role with regular site visits and bid walkthroughsCompetitive pay & benefits + opportunity for growthIf youre ready to bring your estimating expertise to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, wed love to hear from you!
