Process Integration Engineer - DRAM R&D

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Engineer in DRAM R&D Process Integration (PI) to lead capacitor module flow development for next-generation DRAM nodes.Responsibilities include architecting and optimizing capacitor process flows, resolving multi-module integration issues, and driving improvements in performance and reliability benchmarks such as uniformity, leakage, and long-term stability.The role involves leading data-driven yield enhancement initiatives, coordinating cross-site technology transfers, and supporting future capacitor scaling architectures.Ideal candidates will have a PhD or MS in relevant fields, 5+ years of semiconductor experience, expertise in MIM capacitor engineering, and proficiency in data analytics and problem-solving.Strong Leadership, Communication, And Collaboration Skills Are Essential.Preferred qualifications include experience with advanced materials and system-level integration.
