Family Nurse Practitioner

We are currently looking for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team! Open to full-time or part-time. We offer extra pay differential for bilingual Spanish/English candidates.Our mission is providing comprehensive, high-quality, relationally-based care to our patients.Well Life Medicine is an integrative physical and mental health clinic with locations in Salem and Hillsboro. We offer a unique integrative medical model with primary care providers, mental health specialists (we have four PMHNPs on staff!) extended hours, urgent care/same-day services as well as labs, vaccines. We offer telehealth visits as well as in-person visits.Job OverviewThe Family Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for direct patient care; intakes, medication management and follow-up appointments. The ideal candidate for this position is patient-oriented, team player and enthusiastic about health care. Candidates must be currently licensed/credentialed in Oregon or be able to do so within 90 days. One year experience required.We offer 30-minute appointments. Appointments are typically 30 minutes in length, the candidate should be able to comfortably see 16-19 patients in a day.Candidates WillAccurately diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions consistent with standard of care for both acute and chronic concerns.Be comfortable seeing patients of all ages (five and up).Able to conduct basic primary care preventative visits such as PAPs, Well Woman Exams, Annuals, and Well Child Checks.Have excellent time management skills.Develop patient treatment plans using evidence-based guidelines and protocols.Cultivate positive therapeutic relationships with our patients and positive collaborative relationships with staff and other healthcare providers.Be proficient with technology, telemedicine and EMRs.Collaborate with medical director and other healthcare providers on our team to optimize patient care and review treatment plans on a regular basis.Minimal call (we have after hours answering service).BenefitsJoin us and take advantage of the opportunity to become part of a growing integrative clinic.
