The company is deeply grateful for this recognition and remains committed to creating an environment where every team member feels valued and empowered to succeed.ResponsibilitiesEvaluating the eligibility of Change Orders and Potential Change Orders (PCOs)Preparing independent estimates for design changes and additional scopePerforming field verifications and assessing site conditions, logistics, and constructability considerationsAssisting the CM team during change order negotiations and cost discussionsNecessary Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in architecture, construction management, engineering, environmental services, or related coursework.Minimum of 10 - 15 years of full-time, technical experience.Minimum of 5 - 10 years must have been in the estimating areas of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and architectural work.A satisfactory combination of education and experience.Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.Experience working in active facilities is strongly preferred.Experience with estimating software such as, Sage Estimating (Timberline), eTakeoff, HCSS Heavybid, On Screen Takeoff, BluebeamBenefits provided but not limited to the following:MedicalDentalVision401k with 4% matchShort Term and Long-Term DisabilityLife InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO & Sick Time)Company HolidaysGreat company culture that genuinely cares!Autonomy in your rolePhilanthropy Opportunities: Infinite is dedicated to "Building Better Futures" through our physical projects and through our philanthropic arm Infinite Cares.
