This team implements innovative insurance pricing models and analytical tools to improve profitability and growth across a wide range of Property & Casualty insurance products.The Implementation Engineer will implement the platform supporting real-time rating engines that calculate insurance premiums. They will be responsible for the creation, design, development, and continuous improvement of implementation services in accordance with established organizational goals and deliverables. They provide technical guidance and ensure the use of sound engineering practices. As a key member of the Corporate Actuarial Data & Technology data engineering team, they will advance our implementation capabilities and help our team deliver solutions faster.Job Responsibilities:Create and support best-in-class real time rating implementations leveraging a diverse set of toolsWork with strategic partners to solve business problems by developing implementation solutionsConfigure and maintain optimal cloud infrastructureCreate and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for rating engine and API deploymentImplement a thorough and reusable logging framework across all rating implementationsProvide the appropriate level of documentation of sources and technical solutionsIdentify, design, and implement internal process improvementsBuild strong partnerships with peers across the organization to support implementation-related goalsExplore new technologies with curiosity and creativity
