Job Summary We are seeking a talented and personable Hair Stylist / Barber to join our vibrant salon team. This role involves providing expert haircuts, styling, coloring, and additional beauty services while ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining high standards of sanitation and professionalism. Duties Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with industry regulations. Educate clients on hair care products and retail options through upselling techniques. Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, booking appointments. Stay current with trends in hair styling, color theory, and beauty treatments to provide innovative services. Skills Proficiency in hair styling, coloring, and cutting techniques. Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Expertise in cosmetology or barbering with valid licensing or certification. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. .
