Corporate Associate - AM LAW 100

We are currently working with an elite, global law firm, who is looking to hire a high-caliber associate to join its growing Corporate group in New York. This team handles sophisticated, groundbreaking legal work and offers a dynamic environment for attorneys to shape their career trajectories.This role will involve:Structuring & Negotiation: Drafting and negotiating complex derivative instruments, including equity-linked products, credit derivatives, and interest rate swaps.Equity Derivatives: Lead work on accelerated share repurchases (ASRs), call spreads, and collar transactions.Regulatory Advisory: Providing guidance on the evolving regulatory landscape affecting the derivatives market.RequirementsJ.D. from a leading law school. Prior Capital Markets experience - ideally gained at a national law firm. Candidates with a general transactional background and a demonstrated interest in Capital Markets will also be considered.Compensation & BenefitsMarket Base Salary: ($225,000 to $365,000) depending on experience and skills.
