In this hands-on role, you’ll contribute to the performance and efficiency of our warehouse operations while maintaining safety, quality, and delivery standards. You’ll play a key role in supporting our TPM-based environment and working within a High Performing Team (HPT) model.Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment by adhering to 6S standards and participating in safety observations and trainingPick, transport, and load customer orders while meeting KDP and customer specificationsOperate powered industrial trucks (PITs) and other automated warehouse equipment efficiently and safelyMonitor schedules and coordinate with operations to ensure timely deliverySupport warehouse processes including inbound, outbound, and raw material handlingTroubleshoot and resolve warehousing issues to maintain peak performanceExecute standard work for Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Preventative Maintenance (PM) on equipmentParticipate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activitiesCollaborate with maintenance and cross-functional teams on process improvementsEngage in team performance meetings and help identify trends or areas for improvementDemonstrate effective teamwork, adaptability, and professionalism in a fast-paced environmentTotal Rewards:Starting pay: $23.40 per hour.
