Remote Assistant

Your primary role will be that of customer service liaison. (At present we have roughly five B2B customers.) You will go above and beyond at all times to serve the needs of our customers. You will think of yourself more as our customers' assistant than you are our assistant. You will advocate for our customers. You will actively cultivate positive relationships with our customers. You will actively seek out feedback from our customers, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction at all times. You will endeavor to intuit our customers' needs before they arise. You will immediately act to rectify any grievances our customers may have with excess empathy and generosity. When you are not actively serving the needs of our existing roughly 5 customers, you will actively research potentials for new B2B customers whom we could also serve well without sacrificing our commitment to our current customers. In the very little time you have left not actively serving our customers' needs, you will be handling various emails, phone calls, and data entry. You must be an extremely warm , empathetic, and intuitive person. You must have a contagious positive affect. You must be self-directing, self-starting, and resourceful. You must have an extremely deep sense of personal responsibility. You must have exceptional communication skills. You must have the competence to fully comprehend and regurgitate the meaning of, for instance, "contagious positive affect." Failure to do so would betray a lack of the skillset required for this position and thus preclude you from it.
