You will work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and SFO stakeholders to ensure electrical systems (medium/low voltage, lighting, telecommunications, and specialty life-safety systems) are installed efficiently, on schedule, and in compliance with stringent aviation regulationsKey Responsibilities1. Project Management & AdministrationCoordinate electrical construction activities on-site, acting as the liaison between the electrical field, Area Superintendent, and prime client.Maintain real-time project logs in airport-provided project management systemsOversee and negotiate electrical subcontract packages,Manage submittals, equipment procurement, and material requirement tracking.2. Technical & Compliance OversightEnsure all electrical installations strictly comply with the National Electrical Code (NEC), local San Francisco codesPerform quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) inspections to ensure work complies with permits, design drawings, and specificationsSafety & CoordinationImplement and enforce strict aviation and construction safety protocolsCoordinate electrical, temporary power systems, and facility shutdowns with airport operations and stakeholders to minimize terminal disruption.
