Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Newberg, OR, for an Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic. In this role, you will perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on aircraft to ensure optimal airworthiness and compliance with safety standards. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and addressing issues with airframe structures, powerplants, and other aircraft systems, maintaining detailed maintenance records, and collaborating with the team to ensure timely and precise work on our aircraft fleet. Qualifications Proficiency in maintaining and repairing aircraft PowerPlant systemsExperience in Aircraft Maintenance and troubleshootingKnowledge of Aircraft Systems and operationsUnderstanding of Airworthiness and compliance protocolsExpertise in working with a variety of Aircraft, with a focus on both fixed-wing and rotary-wing modelsFAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificationStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and follow safety proceduresPrevious experience in aviation maintenance facilities or similar environments is preferred
