Keep reading!QualificationsEssential Functions:Aggressively target new business opportunities through cold-calling, prospecting, networking, and responding to RFPsAssess new markets and present opportunity analysis for new businessManage bid processes to include drafting RFP’s, developing presentation materials, and client meetingsMaintain company’s database of customers and prospects, ensuring data is current and completeOversee management of parking operationsMaintain strong relationships with clients, including responding to client requests and concernsAttend relevant industry meetings and events, including active membership in professional associations and providing materials for publicationTrack and update all client leads using company CRM, prepare profit-driven proposals and estimates for clientsQualifications:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from an accredited 4-year college or university in the fields of business, marketing, or similar field5+ years parking industry experience at the senior operations levelFinancial Modeling skillsExperience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategiesProven experience in customer and market researchWorking knowledge of contract negotiations with potential clientsSuperior customer service skills and supportRelevant product and industry knowledgeAbility to travel for workExperience with relevant software applications including Microsoft Office, Insightly CRM, Online Proposal Management Systems
