Bar Director

Quince & Co is seeking a Bar Director to lead the cocktail and beverage programs across our growing collection of concepts, including Quince, Cotogna, Verjus, Officina, and future projects.This role is ideal for a beverage professional with strong leadership skills, a thoughtful approach to hospitality, and experience building elevated cocktail programs within high-level restaurant environments.
