.Full-time and part-time positions availableFellowship training in Geriatric Medicine not required; Family Medicine or Internal Medicine candidates with a strong interest/experience in Geriatrics are welcome to applyJoin an experienced team of Physician and Advance Practice Providers supported by clinic support staff: 1 RN and 1 Patient Service RepEPIC EMRNursing home admissions and roundingOpportunity available for Medical Directorship of three areas Nursing Homes for additional stipend related to the Medical Directorship responsibilitiesAverage patients/day: 10Call schedule requirement: 5 days per month including weekends, call handled by phoneExcellent benefits package:health/dental/life insurance, 403-B plan with employer match, LTD, relocation allowance, CME allowance, and paid malpractice insurance with tail insurance coverageLocated on the Illinois River, Peoria is a vibrant, affordable, and convenient city with multiple dining and entertainment venues as well as nearby residential communities with highly ranked public-school districtsJoin a not-for-profit organization with public service loan forgiveness eligibility
