Our acrylic inserts, tubs, showers, walls and more are all Made in America.We are a $200 Million Dollar organization spanning the Mid-Atlantic to the Midwest with 30 offices in 15 states that helped 15,000 (!) homeowners last year.Ranked one of the Top Ten home remodeling companies IN THE NATION for over a decade.Responsibilities:Supervises the daily activities of the branchConducts a minimum of 5 inspections per week of completed installations to ensure jobs are being installed according to company standardsEvaluates all installation and customer service issues, make appropriate recommendations for resolution, ensure issues are resolved in a timely mannerMonitors warehouse activities and inventory controlMonitors company materials and supplies to ensure they are being used appropriately and efficientlyEnsures all company vehicles are serviced regularly, maintained in good working condition, and kept neat, clean and secure at all timesConsideration will be given to individuals that have the following skills:3-5 years management/supervisory experience within a high volume remodeling installation departmentMust be familiar with all phases of common remodeling processes.Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Customer Service management experienceSupervisory experience of shop/warehouseMust have clean driving record and be able to pass a thorough background and pre-employment screening.Benefits:Competitive salary and bonus structureCompany vehicleCompany provided toolsHealth, vision, and dental benefits available401K
