RV Technicians M-F Work Week

Aerotek is seeking individuals interested in joining a phenomenal team here in Central Oregon. The job itself can vary in cross-training, but can be associated as a Technician. The starting wage is 20-22$HR and is offering a M-F work week on Day Shift 8am-4:30pm. The candidate who is hired will have access to great training programs allowing you to drastically improve your financial compensation as well as great benefits. Those who have experience with large RVs, Trailers, or Off-Road Trailers are encouraged to apply. Skillsets involved, but not limited to: basic diagnostic work, automotive-related work *troubleshooting, repairs, inspections and so on*, painting, plumbing/electrical, pneumatics/hydraulics, and servicing overall parts.Description:Expertly diagnoses issues based on experience, analysis, and testing after discussing with clients and examining RV to determine the nature of the problem.Presents job cost estimates and parts replacement needs/suggestions.Troubleshoots pneumatic, hydraulic, electromechanical, and electronic problems and performs a necessary adjustment, repair, or overhaul.Complete repairs to plumbing, propane gas lines, and electrical wiring as needed.Remove damaged exterior panels and repairs and replace structural frame pieces.Attends all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required.Helps educate/train new staff members.Performs other duties as assigned.Additional Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a vocational or technical program in RV repair is preferred. Proven experience as an RV Technician or similar role, with a strong understanding of RV systems, components, and repair techniques. Solid knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems found in RVs. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and troubleshoot problems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics. Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to tasks. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Physical stamina and dexterity to handle various tasks that may involve heavy lifting, bending, and working in tight spaces. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
