We're seeking a Contracts Administrator to support our Legal Department by managing the full lifecycle of contracts and legal documents. What You'll Do
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of contracts-from intake through final execution
Draft, revise, and process templated agreements
Maintain and update the contract database and tracking systems
Monitor contract activity to ensure compliance with signature authority and internal protocols
Coordinate contract workflows and support legal operations with minimal supervision
Organize documentation, maintain accurate records, and support efficient legal processes
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure timely contract review and execution
What You Bring
Education
Associate's degree from an accredited institution
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience
Experience in a legal or contract administration setting preferred
Background in contract preparation, drafting, and document management
Experience coordinating contract workflows and maintaining organized documentation systems
Familiarity with computerized contract repository systems is a plus
Experience supporting legal or corporate operations in healthcare or similar environments is highly valued
Skills & Abilities
Ability to manage a high-volume workload and prioritize effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent listening skills and ability to process information accurately
Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills for working with all levels of staff and leadership
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
