Trademark Associate - Spanish fluency - Washington, DCOur client is a major international firm, seeking a trademark associate with at least 5 years of experience for its Washington, DC office. This position involves working with the firm's Latin American as well as other international clients. The salary range for this position is between $225k to $450k.QualificationsAt least 5 years of U.S. and international experience in trademark clearance, trademark prosecution, trademark strategy, TTAB opposition and cancellation proceedings, and disputes in the U.S. and for Latin America.Additional experience in working with foreign counsel on filing and defending foreign cancellations and oppositions.Experience in U.S. and foreign trademarks, including Latin America as well as other foreign nations.Trademark experience in the food and beverage industry is also required.Excellent communication and client-facing skills.Spanish fluency is required.Strong academic credentials.Admission to practice law of a state, US commonwealth, US territory, or the District of Columbia.
