This is a roll-up-your-sleeves, in-the-field sales role. You will be expected to generate business, build revenue, and drive performance yourself.Position Overview The Regional Director of Sales is responsible for directly generating revenue across a portfolio of hotels. This role is focused on execution, not delegation—identifying opportunities, securing business, and driving top-line results.Key ResponsibilitiesActively solicit and close Local Negotiated Rates (LNRs) and Key Negotiated Rates (KNRs)Generate new corporate and social group business through direct sales effortsDrive occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR through proactive sellingBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of business across all segmentsConduct in-person sales calls, site visits, and client meetingsLeverage brand/flag resources (Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Choice, etc.) to maximize productionIdentify gaps in demand and create strategies to fill roomsWork closely with property leadership to ensure alignment on revenue goalsMonitor market trends and adjust selling strategies in real timeQualificationsProven track record of direct hotel sales productionStrong experience in LNR, KNR, and group salesDeep understanding of hotel brands and sales channelsAbility to hit the ground running and produce immediatelyHighly self-motivated, disciplined, and results-drivenComfortable working independently without the need for oversightWillingness to travel within the portfolio
