ABOUT THE ROLEThe Senior Creative Producer (Mailers) will lead multiple mailer, gifting, merch and packaging projects within the agency, overseeing multiple workstreams and ensuring the team is equipped, motivated and inspired to deliver exceptional, on-brand experiences. This role blends creative thinking with strong commercial awareness, taking ownership of both client relationships and the end-to-end delivery of high-quality mailers.Success in this role comes from effective management of the junior team, and the ability to lead and inspire others inside and outside the agency. Naturally, this role also requires both a creative and commercial mindset when balancing budgets while bringing briefs to life.You'll be working closely with the Creative, Design and Production team and will work across a range of projects for a huge selection of brands. You'll be expected to drive projects forward and deliver work to a high standard and within short deadlines, combining a passion for ideas with an uncompromising eye for detail and craft.You'll be hugely passionate about what you do and be excited to further develop your skills within a friendly and fast-paced agency environment. You will be responsible for their development, ensuring they are supported, trained, and effectively contributing to projects.External: You will work closely with senior-level clients, directors, and brand teams, managing relationships and ensuring smooth communication.
