Successfully implement process improvements to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the accounts receivable function. Conduct monthly reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness. Support month-end close activities, including preparing journal entries and maintaining key financial records. Provide outstanding support for audits and compliance requirements. Maintain and update the standard operating procedures for all accounts receivable tasks. Lead and mentor a team, encouraging an inclusive and collaborative environment. Minimum Qualifications Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision. Demonstrated success in interacting effectively with various teams within the organization. Outstanding attention to detail and a dedication to maintaining punctual attendance. Strong understanding of company policies, procedures, and objectives. High School diploma or equivalent experience is required. Preferred Qualifications An associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred. 2+ years of experience and a solid understanding of accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
