Aftermarket Service Manager

Stream-Flo offers employees a competitive salary, profit sharing, and a comprehensive benefits program, as well as the opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial environment characterized by continued career growth and strong business resultsKey Position Functions IncludeEnsure compliance with HSE standards and Stream-Flo’s commitment to safety and environmental responsibility.Compliance to Stream-Flo Quality policies and procedures while aligning to the 5 Absolutes of Quality.Direct and support the branch after market operations, ensuring on-time accurate delivery.Manage both operational and capital expenditures within budget while working to reduce overall fleet costs and depreciation.Review, improve, and implement a standardized process for customer property management. Process must align to SAP functionality and transactions.Work directly with Branch Managers to ensure that customer property is tracked, repaired, and inventoried to customer requirements.Oversee the documentation and tracking of all equipment from receipt, through repair, to re-distribution.Conduct monthly usage and cost savings analysis to drive down Total Cost of Ownership for customers.Engage in routine partnership reviews and KPI analysis to measure success and identify areas for improvement.Set and meet monthly Customer Property revenue and profit targets.Perform annual or customer specified inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy. This includes maintaining and providing regular inventory counts to Sales and/or customer.Establish regular inspection, repair, maintenance, and calibration schedules for each asset. Work with Engineering where applicable to ensure proper certification of pressure containing tooling.Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following::Strong SAP and/or asset tracking software experience.Highly analytical and can analyze large amounts of data to develop business insights.Proven experience in asset management, preferably within the oil and gas industry.Strong understanding of commercial strategies and market dynamics.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving strategic objectives.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is a plusRelevant certifications in supply chain management, asset management, and/or commercial strategy is a plusWe thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those candidates identified for further consideration will be contacted.Internal Candidates - please apply by logging in to UltiPro.External Candidates - please apply with the Apply Now button.
