Sales Support Supervisor
A company is looking for a Sales Support Supervisor to lead the sales support team and ensure efficient sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and develop a team of sales support specialists, setting priorities and monitoring performance
Oversee order entry, quoting, and documentation accuracy while improving sales support workflows
Serve as an escalation point for complex customer issues and coordinate with sales and other departments
Required Qualifications
High school diploma
3 or more years of experience in sales support or sales operations
3 or more years of customer service experience
1 or more years of supervisory or team lead experience
1 or more years working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
