Remote SAP PM - S/4HANA (Pharma) | Poland

RED are currently seeking 1 SAP Project Manager with pharmaceutical experience to join a long-term S/4HANA Greenfield implementation based in Poland. Contract length : 3 months for the initial preparation phase + extensions for the next 1-2 years Location: Remote with occasional travel to Poland Scope: S4HANA Greenfield implementation Required skills and experience 10+ years of SAP project management experience, delivering complex programmes Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and transformations Strong end-to-end (E2E) delivery experience across full project lifecycles Solid background in the pharmaceutical industry Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with C-level executives Ability to lead cross-functional and international teams effectively Accountable for delivery within scope, timeline, and budget Strong communication and leadership capabilities Fluency in Polish and English Please note: The successful consultant MUST be Polish speaker based in Poland.
