Facility is seeking an Urgent Care Physician to join our respected health system - Board-certified in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or a related field required - Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Outpatient only - Access to state-of-the-art medical equipment and comprehensive resources - Collaborative team of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) - Consult with patients to assess urgent care needs and determine appropriate treatment plans - Prescribe treatments, therapies, medications, and vaccinations as necessary - Educate patients and families on procedures, test results, and treatment option - Refer patients to specialists when needed - Actively participate in hospital committees and initiatives - Collaborate with and supervise APPs to enhance patient care - Annual Compensation Range: $333,000 - Supervision: $12,000 per year per 1.0 FTE APP - Signing Bonus: up to $30,000 - Retention Bonus (beginning at the completion of the 2nd year): up to $30,000 per year - Relocation bonus: Up to $10,000 (based on location) - CA license required
