Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Manage cash handling accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Monitor inventory levels of drinks, garnishes, and supplies; restock as necessary. Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service. Skills Strong knowledge of bartending techniques and cocktail recipes. Basic math skills for cash handling and drink measurements. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively. Exceptional customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Experience in food handling practices to ensure safety standards are met.
