With a focus on innovation, collaboration, and global readiness, we’re shaping the future of sustainment.THE WORKThis Program Manager role will be responsible for cost, schedule and technical performance supporting the F-35 Training Production and Site Activation portfolio. This Program Manager role will have program execution, capture, and proposal responsibilities. The position will work closely with the Production and Site Activation Program Management Senior Manager and Program Management team, functional managers, engineering, production operations, and the customer to manage the day-to-day program and proposal performance. The individual will develop and execute program strategies, plans, and budgets to achieve business objectives and meet customer requirements. The position will be responsible for proposals, execution, and team development. The selected individual needs to proactively work across all the multi-functional stakeholder team to ensure timely execution of program activities and demonstrate highly collaborative and effective communication skills with leadership. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
