Job SummaryThe Facilities Maintenance and Operations Manager shall provide supervision and administrative leadership for facilities and programs during all hours of operation and oversee daily operations management of multiple disciplines such as technical, financial, and administrative personnel.Pay Range: $115,000 - $125,000 per yearBenefits: Employees are eligible to opt into a range of benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurances; paid vacation and sick time; paid holidays; 401(k) plan with company match; and more.Experience: The successful Facilities and Operations Project Manager shall possess at least 5 years of experience (within the past 7 years) in building mechanics and preventative maintenance in facilities of at least 250,000 sq ft. and knowledge of systems related to:Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS);large chiller plants;low pressure boilers;computerized fire alarm systems;emergency generators;high voltage switchgear;Building Automation SystemsHVAC systemsEssential Job FunctionsManage the day to day operations of the facilities under contractEnsuring project Safety/SecurityManage the preventative and reactive maintenance programs for all facilities utilizing Maximo based CMMS systemsAssists in developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityDevelop detailed plans to track special projectsUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costsMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and, techniquesReport and escalate to management as neededManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risksEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendorsEnsure contract complianceFollowing established and/or developing methods and standardsRecruitment/Staffing/Management/Employee Relations/Supervision of employeesTask train all contract employees on proper, safe, efficient, effective use/handling of all tools, equipment, methods, chemicals, devices, apparel, procedures, processes.Plan, organize and supervise maintenance and repairs performed by building staff. Responsible for maintaining and improving buildingsResponsible for buildings quality control. Inspects facilities and work areas to eliminate deficienciesContinually evaluate the effectiveness of maintenance procedures and programs and makes changes to improve quality, efficiency and effectiveness.Review employees work hours to verify accuracy and approves payroll
