Licensed Corporate Attorney

A company is looking for a General Corporate Attorney specializing in manufacturing for a remote contract engagement. Key Responsibilities Structure, draft, negotiate, and review various commercial agreements including manufacturing contracts and confidentiality agreements Provide general legal advice and counsel to business units, handling corporate governance and pre-litigation matters Prepare and file SEC documents as required Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial and manufacturing contracts Prior experience at a large corporate law firm or global corporate legal department preferred Experience with SEC filings, including proxy statements and forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, is preferred Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence
