Electrical Mechanical Assembly WorkerKelly Services is partnering with a leading manufacturing company who is looking for an Electrical Mechanical Assembly Worker in Brockton, MA.Shift:Second (3-11:30pm)Pay:$25Responsibilities:Complete assembly of electro-mechanical enclosures, wiring harnesses, cable assemblies, and sub-assemblies according to specific design standardsUtilize assembly drawings, bills of materials, routers, schematics, and visual aids (photos/samples)Ensure quality compliance and product specifications are met throughout the build processResponsible for the final assembly of chassis (both mechanical and electrical), including rework and some no-lead solderingMaintain and update accurate assembly aidsWork collaboratively within a team environment, interfacing with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and other team membersCapable of working independently with limited supervisionQualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics and mechanical assembly/manufacturingProficient with work instructions, assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematicsAdvanced soldering, wiring, and harness assembly skillsExperience with hand and pneumatic tools, and measuring devicesPhysically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification preferredFamiliarity with ISO 9001 standards
