The Insurance Agent will consult with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs, present tailored health insurance options, and guide them through plan selection and enrollment. Daily responsibilities include conducting virtual consultations, explaining policy features and benefits, preparing quotes, processing applications, and following up on leads. The role also involves maintaining accurate client records, staying current on insurance products and regulatory changes, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues. The Insurance Agent will focus on delivering responsive, empathetic customer service while meeting individual and team performance goals.Qualifications Strong proficiency in Insurance Sales and Insurance, with the ability to clearly explain coverage options and match clients with appropriate plans.Experience in Insurance Brokerage and familiarity with working with multiple carriers and product lines.Foundational knowledge of Finance to discuss premiums, deductibles, and cost implications with clients.Excellent Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and problem-solving in a remote environment.Relevant insurance licensing as required by state or region, or willingness to obtain necessary licenses within a defined timeframe.Comfort with remote work tools and CRM or agency management systems for tracking leads, activities, and client records.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple client inquiries and follow-ups simultaneously.Prior experience in health, life, or related insurance lines is preferred, but candidates with strong sales or client-facing backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
