Brand Innovation Manager - Limited Time Offerings

Our food / beverage client is seeking a Brand Innovation Manager - Limited Time Offerings (LTO)! This role is hybrid, 4 days onsite in Rosemead, 1 day (Thursday) WFH. This role is full-time.WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Lead end-to-end limited time offerings (LTO) ideation and development, generating 80 to 100 new menu concepts per cycle and guiding the top ideas through financial viability reviews, test phases, and full-scale launches at 2,000+ locations- Stay ahead of emerging food trends, cultural moments, and guest behaviors to identify LTO concepts with real buzz potential- Develop and maintain a strategic LTO pipeline that keeps the brand culturally relevant, builds guest anticipation, and delivers on business goals- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to validate concepts and ensure operational readiness at scale- Translate trend research and consumer insights into compelling product briefs, concept proposals, and launch narratives- Identify and evaluate partnerships with brands, chefs, culinary influencers, and cultural tastemakers that can elevate LTO visibility and impact- Work alongside the digital and social team to provide strategic context for LTO storytelling; surface potential influencer collaboration opportunities where relevant- Ensure each LTO launch is executed with strong organizational readiness, partnering with Operations and Learning & Development on rollout strategy- Bring genuine curiosity and passion for food to every stage of the process, you will be actively tasting, evaluating, and providing opinions on new concepts throughout developmentWHAT YOU'LL NEED: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field required; MBA preferred- 5+ years of marketing experience in a nationally branded retail or hospitality environment, with a preference for QSR or food service- Demonstrated experience leading the ideation process, not just contributing to it, including taking concepts from initial brief through launch- Proven ability to work at scale; demonstrated comfort with the complexity that comes with enterprise-level rollouts- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to drive alignment across a variety of teams- Sharp trend-spotting instincts with the ability to connect cultural moments to menu opportunities in a way that feels authentic to the client's brand- Data-driven approach to prioritization, with the ability to use consumer research and financial analytics to make the case for a concept- Strong project management skills and ability to manage a high volume of concepts simultaneously- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Experience with or exposure to influencer or brand partnership strategy is a plus- A genuine passion for foodIf you think you're a good fit for this role, send us your portfolio / resume! In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
