At Versiti, we are passionate about improving the lives of patients and helping our healthcare partners thrive.Under the direction of the Marketing Manager Specialty Programs, the Associate Strategist, Growth Marketing supports the planning, execution, and analysis of paid media and advertising campaigns across multiple channels to drive new donor acquisition, brand awareness, and appointment volume. This role enables campaign operations by coordinating creative assets, ensuring timely delivery of media buys, assisting with performance reporting, and managing cross-functional project workflows. Full-time regular employes are eligible for Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holidays, Short- and Long-term disability, life insurance, 7% match dollar for dollar 401(k), voluntary programs, discount programs, others.Paid Media & Advertising Support • Assist in coordinating campaign materials for paid media efforts, including digital, OTT, radio, and out-of-home • Facilitate with media vendors to traffic advertising placements, manage timelines, and meet key deadlines • Support campaign launches and monitor progress to ensure accurate delivery across channels • Help track media spend and maintain campaign budget documentation in partnership with internal and external teamsGrowth Campaign Execution & Project Management • Assist with the intake and execution of projects tied to blood growth marketing efforts, including new donor acquisition, donor reactivation, and seasonal pushes • Act as the liaison between local state marketing, creative services, content, and media teams to translate campaign needs into actionable creative briefs and timelines • Support project workflow for growth marketing efforts – assisting with kickoff through creative development, approvals, and final delivery • Ensure cross-functional visibility and alignment on active and upcoming campaignsCampaign Reporting & Optimization • Coordinate with analytics to pull campaign data and generate insights • Consolidate performance metrics to support post-campaign recaps • Assist in tracking KPIs and surfacing trends to inform future effortsStakeholder Collaboration & Enablement • Coordinate with donor marketing and local leadership to align on growth strategies, promotional support, and campaign execution at the center and mobile level • Ensure internal stakeholders have access to updated marketing assets and messaging • Communicate campaign updates, key wins, and local materials regularlyAdministrative & Budget Management • Assist in managing budgets for the Growth Marketing team, including tracking spend, reconciling invoices, and processing purchase orders in alignment with organizational procedures • Coordinate with vendors and internal finance teams to ensure timely and accurate payment of marketing expenses • Maintain organized documentation of budget activity, contracts, and vendor communications • Support administrative tasks related to project tracking, vendor coordination, scheduling, and reportingPerforms other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classificationUnderstands and performs in accordance with all applicable regulatory and compliance requirementsComplies with all standard operating policies and proceduresEducationBachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field requiredExperience1-3 years in a marketing or advertising role, preferably with exposure to growth marketing, project management, or media operations required1-3 years Experience managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional campaigns preferredKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesStrong project management and organizational skills requiredExcellent communication and cross-team collaboration requiredWorking knowledge of digital and traditional advertising platforms requiredAbility to manage multiple projects with attention to deadlines and detail requiredFamiliarity with Microsoft Suite and project management requiredUnderstanding of campaign metrics and basic reporting is a plus preferred
