FARs represent Affirm in-store, working closely with retail associates and leadership to increase adoption, confidence, and performance.What's in it for you?Work with a leading financial technology (fintech) brand in a high-visibility pilot programOperate outside of a traditional corporate settingBuild meaningful relationships with retail leadership and associatesCompetitive hourly compensation with program-related benefitsOpportunity to influence long-term program expansionWhat will you do?Represent Affirm across assigned retail locations to drive usage and conversionVisit stores on a structured cadence, averaging 4-6 visits per day, 5 days per weekDeliver in-store training, product training, and sales coaching to retail associatesIncrease associate confidence through structured talk tracks and scenario-based coachingEnsure merchandising compliance and proper placement of Affirm materialsCapture field insights, associate feedback, and customer sentimentIdentify performance gaps and recommend corrective actionsBuild strong relationships with store leadership to support sustained adoptionComplete weekly reporting, visit recaps, and performance documentationParticipate in weekly check-ins and monthly business reviews with program leadershipHow will you succeed?Confidently communicating Affirm's value proposition in simple, practical termsBuilding trust and credibility with store teamsProactively identifying opportunities to improve conversion and engagementConsistently executing against visit, training, and reporting expectationsAdapting messaging based on store performance and associate needsMaintaining a disciplined, self-managed field routineExperience and Qualifications1-3 years of experience in retail sales, field execution, or account managementExperience training, coaching, or influencing retail associates preferredStrong communication and presentation skills in one-on-one and small group settingsComfortable working independently in a field-based roleStrong organizational, time management, and accountability skillsProficiency using mobile devices, tablets, and reporting toolsWillingness to travel extensively within the assigned market and occasionally out of the marketExperience with fintech, credit, or alternative payment solutions is a plusThis role supports a 5-month pilot program with a goal to expand and make an ongoing full-time role.
