Psychiatric LPN

SUMMARY:The LPN provides support to Gateway's high acuity adult programs under the umbrella of Gateway's nursing department and under supervision of program RN. The position has two primary functions: 1. promote the overall psychiatric and physical health of clients through screenings and coordination of care with primary and specialty care providers, monitoring targeted health indicators; and 2. provide support to RNs and other team members in monitoring caseloads and required documentation, communicating with clients and collateral contacts on appointments, medications, lab work, and referrals.Brown University Health employees are expected to successfully role model the organization's values of Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence as these values guide our everyday actions with patients, customers and one another.In addition to our values, all employees are expected to demonstrate the core Success Factors which tell us how we work together and how we get things done.
