Creative Content & Marketing Specialist
White's Boots is looking for a self-driven Creative Content & Marketing Specialist to join our team and help tell the story of one of America's oldest and most trusted boot brands. You'll be the engine behind our brand's digital presence — owning projects from concept to completion, creating compelling content, building our community on social media, and managing the tools that keep our customer relationships strong. If you're a self-starter who thinks in campaigns and speaks fluently in platforms, this role is built for you.In this position, you'll work directly alongside our Director of Marketing and Creative Director, collaborating closely on all brand initiatives and partnership projects.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES1) Social MediaDevelop and execute social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTubePlan, create, schedule, and publish content across all platforms Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions — engaging with the community in a timely and on-brand manner Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting with actionable insights Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats2) Content CreationProduce high-quality photo, video, and written content for organic social and marketing campaigns Collaborate with internal teams on product launches, brand partnerships, and seasonal campaigns Maintain a content calendar that aligns with broader marketing and business goals3) Email & Digital MarketingSupport email campaign strategy, copywriting, and deployment Assist with SMS marketing flows and audience segmentation Analyze campaign performance and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts4) Project ManagementEnsure all content aligns with brand guidelines and tone of voice Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and leadership teamsQUALIFICATIONS4-6 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing2-4 years of experience with video shooting and editing Strong writing skills with an ability to adapt tone across platforms and audiences Proficiency in social scheduling & management toolsExperience with email platforms such as KlaviyoBasic graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite)Product photography experience a plusBONUS SKILLSExperience with paid social (Meta Ads, Google Ads) Familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce platformsPassion for handmade footwearWORKING CONDITIONSThis position operates on a hybrid schedule, with a mix of in-office and remote work.
