Role Description We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef for a full-time, on-site role at our Scituate, RI location. The Head Chef will oversee all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, inventory management, and staff supervision. This individual will be responsible for ensuring quality and consistency in all dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and leading the team in delivering an exceptional dining experience. Creativity, leadership, and operational efficiency are key components of this role. Qualifications Proficiency in menu planning, culinary creativity, and recipe developmentStrong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and platingExperience in kitchen staff supervision, training, and team leadershipKnowledge of inventory management, cost control, and supplier coordinationUnderstanding and adherence to food safety and hygiene regulationsExcellent organizational and time management skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsPrevious experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a similar establishment is preferredCulinary degree or equivalent professional training is a plusPassion for innovative cuisine and commitment to sustainable, locally-sourced ingredients
