Key Responsibilities: Operate, monitor, and maintain CNC machinery including mills, lathes, and other automated production equipment to ensure efficient and accurate manufacturing operations. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings to produce parts to exact specifications. Perform machine setups, tool changes, and minor programming adjustments as needed to maintain optimal production flow. Conduct routine quality inspections using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify product compliance. Load raw materials and unload finished components while ensuring proper handling and storage procedures are followed. Troubleshoot minor machine issues and communicate equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly to supervisors or maintenance teams. Maintain accurate production records, including part counts, downtime logs, and quality documentation. Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment in accordance with company standards. Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet daily production goals and improve operational efficiency. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in machining is a plus. Previous CNC machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions. Experience using precision measurement tools and performing quality inspections. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50+ lbs as needed. Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality work.
