The Service Technician will be responsible for Start Up of new HVAC Systems and Controls.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and service HVAC equipmentPerform maintenance and repairs when neededDiagnose electrical and mechanical faults with HVAC equipmentCommunicate with client to ensure work is completed to their satisfactionMust be on time and ready to complete the task at handSubmit required paperwork on a daily basisMaintain cleanliness of vehicle, tools, and equipmentAbility to use the required tools to complete the required taskFollow all safety protocolsUnderstand and wear personal protection equipment (PPE)Follow all established procedures and standards communicated by managementSkills, Knowledge and ExpertiseCustomer service skillsAbility and willingness to work standard business hours, no on call or after hoursDetail oriented and organizedKnowledge of HVAC equipmentTechnical aptitudeVerbal and written communication skillsValid driver's licensePhysical Demands:Tasks include Lifting, Digging, Climbing Ladders, and Entering Small or Confined SpacesAbility to Lift, Pull, Carry, Push up to 50 lbs.Ability to Lift, Pull, Carry, Push over 50 lbs. with assistance of others and or equipmentAbility to complete repetitive tasks which may include overhead or awkward positioningEducation and Training:5+ years' previous HVAC Service experienceHigh School diploma or equivalentOSHA 10 Certified (Preferred)EPA Certified (Preferred)BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision Insurance401(k) with Company MatchCompany Paid Life InsuranceCompany Paid Long/Short Term DisabilityPaid Holidays and Paid Time OffCompany Vehicle
