OVERVIEW: The Front Drive Ambassador at Boca West Country Club serves as the first and lasting point-of-contact for members and guests. This role is responsible for delivering a polished, welcoming, member-first arrival experience, while acting as a key liaison between the Club and the contracted valet service provider. In addition to guest engagement, the Front Drive Ambassador plays a critical operational role by monitoring curbside activity, supporting traffic flow and safety, and serving as an on-site liaison who consistently communicates service standards, member feedback, and operational concerns to Club leadership. The Front Drive Ambassador supports seamless valet operations and embodies the Club's culture of refinement, professionalism, and service excellence in every interaction. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Greet members and guests warmly, professionally, and promptly upon arrival and departure • Open vehicle doors as a standard of service and assist members with entering and exiting vehicles as needed • Provide clear, courteous responses to member inquiries regarding valet procedures, wait times, directions, or Club locations • Serve as the on-site liaison between Boca West Country Club and the contracted valet service provider • Monitor valet operations to ensure service standards, professionalism, and member expectations are consistently met • Communicate member feedback, service issues, or operational concerns to Club leadership • Assist with managing curbside traffic safely during peak arrival and departure times • Monitor curbside safety conditions for safety hazards and report concerns immediately • Uphold Boca West confidentiality standards, grooming guidelines, and service culture • Maintain a calm, polished, solutions-oriented presence at all times • Maintain awareness of Club events, peak service times, and special needs to proactively support operations • Foster a collaborative, respectful working relationship with the valet vendor staff • Represent the Club with discretion at all times and perform additional duties as assigned to support overall Club service excellence SKILLS & COMPETENCIES - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
