Security Officer Front Desk
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors; Monitor the front desk area, greet and direct visitors, verify identification and appointments, and support visitor check-in processes; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; Maintain detailed logs, reports, and other documentation related to incidents, visitor activity, deliveries, and other security-related front desk matters; Help to deter unauthorized access by observing entry points, following established screening procedures, and reporting concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel
