Mazak CNC Lathe Operator

Job Description SUMMARY OF POSITION:-Set-up, program, and operate CNC Mazak turning centers.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:-Program CNC Mazak Lathes from reading/interpreting blueprints-Set-up and run Lathe applications that include soft turning, hard turning, threading, and center work (I.D. boring).-Must inspect the manufactured parts and edit programs or adjust offsets and tooling to meet the print requirements.-Understand standard and geometric tolerances on blueprints.-Must be able to set up and use precision bore gages, OD snaps, micrometers, indicators, and gage block set-ups.OTHER REQUIREMENTS:-Work overtime when necessary.-Follow written and verbal instructions accurately-Participate in problem solving and continuous improvement efforts.Pay commensurate with experience.Benefits Include:MedicalDentalVisionCompany Provided Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, and Long Term Disability401k with Company MatchPaid Vacation/Holidays
