Executive Assistant We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support advisors and account managers in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Key Responsibilities:Manage complex calendars, meetings, and conference calls, resolving scheduling conflictsCoordinate client and advisor meeting logistics, including travel and expense reportingHandle confidential client information with discretion and professionalismPrepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and internal documentsServe as a professional point of contact for clients and senior stakeholdersSupport onboarding of new hires and client accounts, including data entryAssist with shipping materials and responding to client requestsPerform general administrative tasks (filing, scanning, invoicing, mail processing, etc.)Maintain knowledge of company policies and handle routine matters independentlyQualifications:5+ years of executive or administrative support experience (financial services preferred)Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skillsHigh level of professionalism, integrity, and discretionProactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressureProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience with expense systems such as SAP Concur is a plusTeam-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
