Fire Restoration Crew Chief

Job Description Salary: $22-$30/hourSERVPRO of Northeast Dallas is seeking a Fire Restoration Crew Chief who performs restoration processesto fulfill the service of structure and contents cleaning, restoration, inventory, disposal as needed on each restoration project. The Fire Restoration Crew Chief maintains the professional appearance of SERVPROequipment as well as an assigned service vehicle. By providing quality, consistent, efficient work, therestoration technician represents the best in the cleanup and restoration industry.Essential FunctionsExplain process and answer customer questions, as needed.Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs/concerns.Communicate clear expectations to Production Technicians and supervise their activities.Perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers.Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details.Manage and control costs of production projects.Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly.Minimum RequirementsHigh school diploma/GED.Valid drivers license.Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug test.Strong work ethic.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Strong communication skills, both oral and written.Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction required.Preferred ExperienceIICRC certifications preferred.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.BenefitsIndustry Leading CompensationMedical Insurance (with Company Contribution)Dental and Vision InsurancePTO401k (with company match)HolidaysProfessional Development and Career ProgressionSERVPRO of Boise is an equal opportunity employer that recognizes the value of a diverse workforce.
