We cater logistics strategies and processes to our customers' needs by utilizing the latest information systems and advanced technologies.SummaryThe TEMP Analyst - Port Operations Support role will conduct simple manual data extractions and populate a spreadsheet to collect business critical information for Internal Damage analysis. The secondary role will be assisting the AP team with simple AP processing.Responsibilities Manual Data EntryGather incident reports according to a list providedIdentify requested information and populate into a consolidating spreadsheetAP Processing SupportMonitor Accounts Payable aging and ensure timely payment processingProcess manual invoices, audit, and reconcile backup data to ensure billing accuracy and processing efficiencySupport team initiatives as requestAll other duties as assignedCompensation Range1 month contract; $25/hourSkills & QualificationsIntermediate Microsoft Office skills (Ex.
