This is a 180 recruiting role focused on direct-hire placements for Registered Nurses and Allied Health professionals across acute care settings.As a Permanent Recruiter, you'll partner closely with healthcare professionals to guide them through career-defining moves at leading hospital systems and healthcare organizations nationwide.The Opportunity:Source, screen, and engage RN and Allied healthcare professionals for permanent, direct-hire roles.Build and maintain strong, long-term candidate pipelines aligned to active job requisitions.Partner internally with Account Managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines.Prepare and present qualified candidates for submission and interview.Manage candidate interview prep, feedback, and offer coordination in collaboration with Account Managers.Guide candidates through acceptance and onboarding to ensure successful placements.Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through start date.What You Bring:2+ years of healthcare staffing or agency recruiting experience (permanent placement preferred).Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.Comfort working in a metrics-driven, performance-focused recruiting team.Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding KPIs with a strong production history.An athlete's mindset: competitive, self-accountable, action-oriented, and confident in thriving within a high-performance, results-driven environment.If you're passionate about building careers, thrive in a high-energy environment, and want to grow within a top-performing permanent recruitment team, we'd love to connect.Email Katie.Brown@gqr.com for a confidential discussion about this position.#J-18808-Ljbffr
