Aaction Rents is seeking an experienced General Manager to provide company-wide leadership across multiple locations and departments. This role is responsible for driving operational consistency, safety, quality control, and accountability throughout the organization. The General Manager partners closely with the CEO and leadership team to ensure standards are executed consistently, processes are followed, and operations support long-term growth and stability. This position is ideal for a hands-on operational leader with strong rental industry experience who values structure, safety, and continuous improvement. Requirements Operational Leadership Provide oversight across all store locations, shop operations, and dispatchEnsure consistent execution of company standards, processes, and proceduresSupport Store Managers and department leaders with clear expectations and accountabilityIdentify operational gaps and implement corrective actionsQuality, Safety & Compliance Oversee company safety programs and compliance effortsConduct regular site visits to observe operations, equipment condition, and workflowsEnsure adherence to internal standards, manufacturer requirements, and regulatory obligationsSupport development and ongoing improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Performance & Continuous Improvement Monitor equipment readiness, preventative maintenance, and quality metricsReduce repeat service issues through root-cause analysis and follow-throughAddress operational challenges with practical, long-term solutionsProvide regular operational reporting and insights to executive leadershipPeople & Culture Support leadership development and training initiativesPartner with Human Resources on policy enforcement, corrective action, and compliancePromote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professionalism across locationsQualificationsMinimum 5 years of rental industry experience requiredDemonstrated experience leading multi-location operationsStrong understanding of equipment standards, shop operations, and safety practicesAbility to lead through influence, structure, and consistencyExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsComfortable working in a visible, hands-on leadership roleValid California Driver's License with a clean driving recordManagement certification and/or college education preferredCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experiencePerformance-based incentive tied to operational and quality outcomesMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) plan with employer matchEmployer-paid life insurance with optional supplemental coveragePaid time off and paid holidaysIf you are a driven operational leader who takes pride in building strong systems, supporting teams, and delivering consistent results, we encourage you to apply.#J-18808-Ljbffr
