General Manager

Aaction Rents is seeking an experienced General Manager to provide company-wide leadership across multiple locations and departments. This role is responsible for driving operational consistency, safety, quality control, and accountability throughout the organization. The General Manager partners closely with the CEO and leadership team to ensure standards are executed consistently, processes are followed, and operations support long-term growth and stability. This position is ideal for a hands-on operational leader with strong rental industry experience who values structure, safety, and continuous improvement.
